Lennox Hotel |

| This early 20th Century hotel has been returned to the St. Louis skyline with a thoughtful renovation that is in keeping with its storied past and historic character. Visitors to the Midwest city's convention center now have an opportunity to enjoy some of the area's bygone flavor within a couple of blocks of its ongoing urban renewal. The hotel's interior public spaces are a reminder of life for the traveler to St. Louis during its heyday of the 1920's. Historic spaces have been meticulously restored to capture the elegant spirit of the age. Modern lighting equipment has been carefully concealed whenever possible to allow the wonderful decorative architectural chandeliers to take center stage. Even newly created spaces like the hotel restaurant are given dramatic looks that are reminders of journeys taken before the days of connecting flights and e-commerce. High efficiency, long life sources are used wherever possible to enhance maintenance and operation profiles, yet, the period look remains through careful integration of technology and aesthetics. Perhaps we can stay one more night? |
